SHIPPING INFORMATION
  • Shipping Cost

Shipping costs are just a part of doing business online.. We do not set the rates. The rates are provided to us by the postal service.  We do offer FREE shipping on order over $175 as a small token of our appreciation for your business.  Anything below that, rates are determined by the carrier. 

  • Can you ship my order as soon as I place it?

Sadly, no. Being a small business at the moment, there are only so many hours in a day.  Orders are shipped in the order they are received, based on items ordered. Most orders ship out within 5-7 business days or less. If an item should take longer than the stated 5-7 business days to ship, you will receive a follow up email with a better estimated ship date. 
 

  • Do you have tracking for my order?

Yes, all orders placed and shipped, come with tracking. You will receive an email with you tracking number, ship date, and carrier so that you are able to track your package.  We do keep all order records and are able to look up shipping as well if you have questions. You can use the "Contact" section to ask those questions.

 

  • How do you ship?

We ship using both USPS (United States Postal Service), Fed Ex (Federal Express) and UPS (United Parcel Services).  You will have the option to pick which service you would prefer at time of check out.

  • Do you offer local pick-up?

Yes, local pick-up is offered.  When placing your order, please select "local pick-up" at time of check out.  When your order is complete you will receive an email AND text message letting you know that your order is ready. At this time you can contact us with a pick up time during regular business hours.  

  • What is the estimated delivery time of my order?

Priority is generally 3-4 business days but that is an estimated time frame, it is NOT GUARANTEED and USPS does not consider it late/lost until 15 business days have gone by with no movement.  First-Class is the same but usually 5-6 business days. UPS ground shipping is generally 1-3 business days, depending on your location, but is NOT GUARANTEED. Federal Express is 2-5 days depending on your location.

RETURN POLICY

We are happy to accept returns, exchanges, store credit ,or refunds on orders where an error has been made. If an error has been made, please contact us within three days of receiving your order. I will gladly send an exact item replacement immediately. Please send a photo of the error and original order receipt through Contact message or email address listed.

If you opted for store credit, please note that it is only good for 90 days. If you have not used your store credit within that 90 day frame, you will be out that money.

PAYMENT METHOD

We are happy that we accept major credit cards and Square.

Taxes are ONLY applied to Virginia orders.  A 5.3% tax rate will be applied to all orders, before shipping cost are calculated. 

DAMAGED ITEMS

Should your order arrived damaged due to shipping, please contact the shipping service (USPS or UPS) first and file a claim.  As soon as that claim has been filed, please send photo of damage and claim from the shipping service using the "Contact" section.  We will be happy to work with you to get the item re-ordered and shipped out right away.  

CANCELATIONS

Once an order is received, you have 24 hours to contact us to cancel your order. If an order is canceled before the 24 hours time frame, you will receive a FULL refund.  Any orders that need to be canceled after the 24 hour time frame, will be charged a 20% restocking fee.  The fee is taken out of your refund.
